§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsIt has been agreed that a further £400,000 should be made available in 1980–81 from the public expenditure Contingency Reserve in addition to the £212,000 announced earlier today by my hon. Friend the Minister of State for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food as part of the measures to aid the United Kingdom fishing industry. Subject to parliamentary approval of the necessary supplementary estimates the following cash limit change has been effected:
