§ Mr. St. John-StevasAs hon. Members will recall, the House agreed on 26 January 1978 that the size of theOfficial Reports of both Houses of Parliament should be changed to A4 format as soon as a new Hansard printing press was in operation. The change in the format of Official Reports of the House will be made when Parliament resumes after the Christmas Recess. The change in respect of reports of Standing Committees will be made from the beginning of the new Session. However, steps will also be taken to make bound volumes from the beginning of the new Session available in due course in the new format.
