§ Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on the proposed transfer to Glenrothes of the Fife health board 202W headquarters and the transfer of the town's development corporation to Balbirnie House.
§ Mr. FairgrieveI have given approval to Fife health board's proposal to bring together in New Glenrothes House staff at present accommodated in various other offices. This will allow the board to rationalise its use of office accommodation and improve the efficiency of its operations. The development corporation's move to Balbirnie House will enable it to maintain and use effectively a building of architectural and historic interest which it already owns.
