§ The PARLIAMENTARY UNDERSECRETARY of STATE, HOME OFFICE (Lord Belstead)I understand from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis that three members of a group of demonstrators at the Club Row market on 21st September 1980 have complaind about the manner of their arrest, and that two other persons have also complained about the matter. In accordance with the normal practice, the investigation of the complaints will proceed after the completion of the court proceedings resulting from the arrests.
