§ Mr. Cryerasked the Secretary of State for Employment under what authority form F2508 has been issued by the 513W Health and Safety Executive on the report of an accident or dangerous occurrence when the authorising instrument, the Notification of Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations, is not in force until 1 January 1981.
