§ Mr. WigginOn the latest available information the average percentage increases in the price of fertilizers in the 12-month period from August 1979 to August 1980 were: straight fertilizers 14.4 per cent.; compound fertilizers 18.4 per cent. and other fertilizers and soil improvers (lime) 30.4 per cent.
