§ Mrs. Renée Shortasked the Secretary of State for Trade what applications he has received from Eastman Kodak Ltd. since May 1979 to arrange a reduction in the import duty currently applied to its products from the United States of America; what response he has given; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Tebbit[pursuant to the reply, 21 May 1980, c. 206]: As far as can be ascertained, no such applications have been received from Eastman Kodak Ltd. since May 1979. If the hon. Member could furnish further details of what may be concerning her, I will gladly look into the matter.
