§ 20. Mr. Dubsasked the Minister of Transport what proposals he has to make roads safer for cyclists.
§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI am concerned about the safety of cyclists and would like to see local authorities make better provision for cycling, most of which is on local roads. I should like more of them to take advantage of our offer of financial support for cycling schemes containing new ideas. I am considering whether there are other measures which can be taken.
