§ Mr. RidleyWe are considering the most appropriate way to demonstrate at the Madrid meeting our concern about abuses of human rights in the Soviet Union. Meanwhile we shall continue to do all we can to help the Swedish Government in their inquiries about Mr. Wallenberg.
