§ 31. Mr. Freesonasked the Lord Privy Seal if, in view of Colonel Gaddafi's recent threat to the lives of Libyan nationals living in Great Britain and the recent killing of two Libyan exiles, in the United Kingdom, his right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary will order the immediate expulsion of Libyan Embassy staff from the United Kingdom.
