§ Mr. Jim LesterI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that there are no set criteria for determining eligibility to enrol with professional and exeutive reruitment, the general rule being that all persons may enrol provided they are qualified, academically, by training or by experience, to obtain posts in the occupational areas concerned.
