§ Mr. Jim LesterI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that copies of its statement of accounts for 1978–79 were sent to the Comptroller and Auditor General by the statutory date of 30 November 1979. The Comptroller and Auditor General is thereafter responsible for examining, certifying and reporting on the statement; for laying copies of the statement and of his report before each House of Parliament; and for arranging for their publication.
