§ Mr. Bestasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will give for each of the last three years for which figures are 458W available in respect of subsidised loans in rural areas covered by the Welsh Development Agency (a) the number of loans granted, (b) the average amount of loans, (c) the rate of interest and (d) the number of applications received.
