§ Mr. Forresterasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make regulations requiring all firms which materially change the purpose for which a warehouse is used, namely, changing the contents from food to inflammable chemicals, to notify the local authority and emergency services of such change 610W of use and the likely quantity of materials to be stored.
§ Mr. FoxWhen there is a material change of use for which planning permission is required firms should apply to the local planning authority. We have no proposals at present to change the requirements.
