§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergWhen notifying landlords and tenants of a registered rent, rent officers already issue notes for guidance, prepared by this Department, which refer to the availability of rent allowances and rate rebates. Rent officers are generally aware of the importance of bringing the schemes to the attention of tenants, and literature on both is freely available from rent offices.
