Mr. Kilfedderasked the Lord Privy Seal whether persons of Northern Irish origin, being citizens of the United Kingdom, who are on the staff of the European Commission, are officially considered and recorded by the European Commission and other institutions of the EEC as being of British or Irish nationality.
