§ Mr. Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) whether he will take steps to have the rural areas of Wales recategorised and placed in category "D" for purposes of the cost limits of housing associations;
(2) whether, if he is at present unable to recategorise the rural areas of Wales for the purpose of housing association cost limit categories, he will, nevertheless, substantially increase the limits currently applicable under category "E" for those areas.
