§ Mr. Prentice[pursuant to his reply, 25 July 1979, c. 312]: I wish to give the following corrected information. It is estimated that, at the benefit rates to be introduced in November 1979, it would cost between *£23 million and *£36 million to extend title to invalid care allowance to married and cohabiting women.
