§ Mrs. ChalkerThese relatives are entitled to supplementary benefit if their resources are less than their requirements Under proposals in the Social Security Bill, the person who undertakes to maintain such a relative will be statutorily liable to do so and, therefore, to repay any supplementary benefit paid.
These relatives are eligible to receive National Health Service treatment on the same basis as other people settled in this country.
