asked the Secretary of State for Energy what progress has been made by the Offshore Safety Committee.

§ Mr. Gray
The report of the Offshore Safety Committee chaired by Dr. John Burgoyne, was presented to me today. The report, copies of which have been placed in the Libraries of both Houses, contains a number of recommendations which will now be subjected to a careful and detailed study.
