§ Mr. Pawseyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, further to his answer to the hon. Member for Rugby on 11 February, if he will now release the material which is ready for a publicity campaign in event of war, to enable precautions to be taken in good time.
§ Mr. BrittanAs I indicated in the Adjournment debate on 20 February—[Vol. 979,c. 628–30]—the booklet "Protect and Survive" will be put on sale, updated and revised in some respects, soon after the Easter Recess. Other publicity material will be made available to the news media at the same time. It is not proposed to distribute any material to every household at this time.
