§ Mr. RifkindAn order bringing this Act into force on 1 July 1980 was made by my right hon. Friend on 21 May. The order entitled the Confirmation to Small Estates (Scotland) Act 1979 (Commencement) Order 1980 (1980 No. 734 (c30) (s.57)) was not subject to parliamentary procedure.
