§ Mr. RossiThe information requested in the first part of the question could be supplied only at disproportionate cost.
The average net annual values for the whole of Northern Ireland for hereditaments are £130 (domestic) and £1,259 (non-domestic). Commerical property, as such, is not separated in rates records. The non-domestic category includes all hereditaments excluding domestic and Crown property.
