Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many contracts for the improvement of rural cottages originally programmed for starts in the financial year 1980–81 in each district council area have been postponed and how many in each area are proceeding ; what are the respective numbers of houses involved ; what are the savings as a percentage of the original programmes for each area for the current year ; what was the total cost of the original programme and its projected expenditure for the financial year 1980–81 ; and what are the comparable sums on the revised programmes for each council area.
