§ Mr. Jim Lester[pursuant to his reply, 13 June 1980, c. 248]: I am informed by the Manpower Services Commission (MSC) that the National Advisory Council on Employment of Disabled People 425W (NACEDP) report on the future role and structure of disablement advisory committees (DACs) is due to be considered this month by the commission, which will then make recommendations to the Secretary of State. We shall want to consider the report and the commission's advice carefully before reaching a decision.
