Whether legislation comparable to the Rating (Disabled Persons) Act 1978 has been introduced for Northern Ireland and, if not, when it is intended that it should be.

The Rates Amendment (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 which came into effect on 1st April 1979 provided rate relief for special facilities used by disabled persons similar to the provisions in the Rating (Disabled Persons) Act 1978.
