Government cash limit on additional funding for pay awards without making changes which severely affect patient care throughout the region.
§ Dr. VaughanIt is for the West Midlands regional health authority to determine how to allocate its resources within its overall cash limit in order to meet pay and other commitments. I am sure that it will give full regard to the need to maintain patient services.
