Member for Wolverhampton, North-East.
§ Mr. FoxCopies have already been sent to the local authority associations and the Royal Fine Art Commission of a circular which it is proposed to issue on development control. The circular will not take any development out of planning control; its aim will be to expedite planning decisions while ensuring a proper balance in assessing the economic and environmental implications of proposals.
Wider circulation of the particular draft circular is not proposed, but if any particular organisation wishes to see it, a copy will be sent to them. A copy is being sent to the hon. Member.
