§ Mr. MayhewThe number of work permits and permissions issued, including vouchers issued to Commonwealth citizens in the period prior to 1973, is as follows:
relates only to 1980 and implies no commitment in respect of future years. My Department is now making arrangements to deal with those applications for permits which have been held in abeyance pending this decision.
