asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what recent representations he has received from pensioners' organisations regarding the 54-week year prior to the November increase.

We have received a number of representations on this topic from organisations representing the interests of pensioners complaining that this year's increase in retirement pensions will not take place until week beginning 24 November.
