§ Mr. Patrick JenkinThe net cost to the Government of implementing the provisions of the Medicines Act 1968 for the year ending on 31 August 1979 was £809,600. Departmental records are not maintained in such a way as to enable the cost of other aspects of drug safety to be readily identified.
