§ Mr. WigginSince I replied to my hon. Friend on 17 July, Commission officials have informed us that the report will not now be available this month. We have made strong representations about this further delay and received an undertaking that it will be released in September. We shall insist on prompt discussion to ensure that a common approach to the implementation of Directive 71/118 is achieved at the earliest possible date.
