§ Mr. McMahonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will give the 1978–79 figures for adult attendance allowance at the higher and the lower rate for all regions of England, Wales and Scotland, expressing these as a rate per thousand population for the following: (a) numbers claiming attendance allowance, (b) numbers receiving attendance allowance, (c) numbers of appeals and (d) number of successful appeals.
