§ Mr. St. John-Stevas78 photocopiers for normal use are currently installed in the Palace of Westminster (including the Norman Shaw building) compared with 72 a year ago; the annual cost of using these copiers is £150,000 compared with £122,000 a year ago; some 4¼ million copies were produced in the first five months of 1980.
