Whether there exist or are intended arrangements for training officers of the Guyana Defence Force in this country in the techniques of crowd control, and whether they have already provided or have the intention of supplying equipment for crowd control to Guyana.
§ Lord STRATHCONA and MOUNT ROYALAll requests from Guyana for training in this country and for the supply of military equipment are considered on their merits. It is not the practice, however, to disclose details of arms sales or of the training we supply.
