§ Mr. Mark CarlisleMy Department does not prepare figures of expenditure by each local education authority. Certain analyses of the estimates and expenditure of education authorities in England and Wales are contained in the education statistics published annually by the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, copies of which are available in the Library.
