§ Dr. VaughanMy right hon. Friend has received representations related to this question from the chairman of the Merton, Sutton and Wandsworth area health authority. In my right hon. Friend's reply he explained that the region's cash limit for 1979–80 had been assessed in the same way and calculated on the same basis as the cash limit of all other RHAs and that there was no underpayment to the South-West Thames region in 1979–80. Thus, no further action is necessary.
