HC Deb 14 January 1980 vol 976 c613W
Mr. Park

asked the Secretary of State for Trade what liaison with and information from the European Commission he has had since it took responsibility for investigations into dumping of goods into the Community.

Mr. Parkinson

My right hon. Friend and I have both visited Brussels in recent months and have discussed dumping and other trade problems with the Commission and with our colleagues in other member States. In addition, there is a regular and frequent exchange of information between the Commission and this Department at official level over the progress of all dumping cases in which the United Kingdom has an interest.
