§ The Prime MinisterSince taking office I have received over 130,000 letters. We do not normally keep a count of the number of letters to which I reply personally, but last week it was over 100.
The time taken to reply depends on whether it is necessary to make inquiries into the particular case, but I aim to send as many replies as possible within two weeks.
