§ Lord TREFGARNEIt is not possible at this stage to estimate the expenditure by the Department of Trade and the several local authorities concerned which arises from the sinking of the "Aeolian Sky". Furthermore, much of the recent beach clearance effort has been related to containers which were not carried in that vessel.
