asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether during his visit to Dundee on 8 February, the hon. Member for Edinburgh, North (Mr. Fletcher) will meet classroom teachers to discuss the effects of cuts in education expenditure on the quality of education provided in the area, in acordance with scection 1 of the Education (Scotland) Act 1962.
