§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales what representations he has received from the young farmers movement in Wales for grant assistance for its activities; and what has been his response.
§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsI have received an application from the Wales committee of the National Federation of Young Farmers Clubs for its administration grant to be continued in 1981–82. I hope to be able to continue to help this organisation to meet its administrative expenses, but I cannot yet say how much grant will be available. The committee has also applied for grant towards accomodation planned as part of an agricultural unit at the Royal Welsh Showground. Discussions are taking place.
