§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsOn 18 December 1980 the Welsh Development Agency and the Development Board for Rural Wales had a total of 95 advance factories complete and immediately available for letting throughout Wales. The unit that has been available for the longest period is one of 5,000 sq. ft. at Fishguard, Dyfed which was completed on 11 August 1976.
