§ Mr. Pawseyasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether, in the light of the concern experienced by the National Farmers Union and others about the increase in the number of sheep scab outbreaks now occurring, he will require the compulsory dipping of sheep by the reintroduction of an order taking effect in the autumn of 1981.
