§ Mr. Norman LamontPricing decisions are, of course, a matter for the industries, taking into account the policies announced in the statement by my right hon. Friend on 16 January 1980 about the financial targets for the British Gas Corporation and the electricity supply industry in England and Wales. The external financing limits of the two industries have been set out to be consistent with this.
