§ Mr. Dudley Smithasked the Minister of Transport if he will give the names of the consulting firms now carrying out traffic studies for the M40 motorway, the date they were first engaged, and the anticipated cost to his Department.
§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeTransportation Planning Associates, assisted by Howard Humphreys and Partners, were appointed in November 1978 to carry out this work. It is expected to cost about £670,000 including the Department's computer costs.
