§ Mr. KingMy right hon. Friend has now decided to call in the planning application for his own determination after a public local inquiry. I regret the delay in announcing this decision, which has been due to the need to explore fully the objection of my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to the proposed industrial development at Bickland Water. The inquiry will be held as soon as possible.
