HC Deb 17 December 1980 vol 996 c192W
Mr. Bradford

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many illegal occupants have been evicted from the Twinbrook Estate, Dunmurry, having been duly served with court orders to vacate the Housing Executive properties; and how many court orders have been issued but not yet executed up to the latest possible date.

Mr. Goodhart

Responsibility for action rests with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE). I am informed, however, by the Executive that no illegal occupants who have been served with court orders to vacate NIHE property have been evicted from Twinbrook. Thirty court orders have been issued but not executed.
