Mr. Peter Robinson

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what is his best estimate of the savings the Department of Health and Social Services expect to make as a result of suspending the use of board transport by voluntary groups for weekend and evening events in the East Belfast and Castlereagh district of the Eastern Health and Social Services Board in the three months period from 1 January to 31 March 1981.

The Eastern Health and Social Services Board estimates that £8,000 will be saved in the final quarter of the current financial year.
