§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe A51 Tarvin south-western bypass is in the reserve list of schemes which, subject to 67W satisfactory completion of the statutory procedures, could start in 1982 or 1983 if resources become available. The A54 Tarvin northern bypass is in the reserve list for 1984 onwards.
